The Newsletter shall be published by Hotrest spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (limited liability company) with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Malczewskiego 56, being the operator of Warsaw Hostel Centrum (referred to as the “Publisher”).

The Publisher shall send information in the form of e-mail to the address given by the Subscriber (referred to as the “Newsletter”) within the scope of the service of data transmission via e-mail.

In accordance with point 5 of the Regulations, the Newsletter subscription service shall be free of charge and available to every user of the website www.warsawhostelcentrum.pl, (referred to as “Subscriber”), upon the activation of the service.

The Newsletter shall comprise information pertaining to current offers, discounts, and events in Warsaw Hostel Centrum.

The data entered to the data base shall be removed within 30 days from the registration date in case of a lack of proper verification of the Subscriber’s e-mail address.

An active and properly configured e-mail account shall be the condition of making use of the services provided via e-mail by the Subscriber.

Ordering the Newsletter sending service is equivalent to giving consent to the processing of the Subscriber’s personal data by the Publisher, as well as to sending information via e-mail, in accordance with Article 10, section 2 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended).

Hotrest spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (limited liability company) with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Malczewskiego 56, shall be the controller of personal data. The provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) shall constitute the legal basis for personal data processing. The Subscriber shall be entitled to access and amend their personal data.

Each Newsletter shall comprise:

information about the Publisher

filled out “subject” field, determining the content of the e-mail,

information about the way of terminating the service.

Each Subscriber of the Newsletter shall be entitled to terminate the service by clicking the link included in the footer of each e-mail. By doing so, the Subscriber shall be removed from the subscription list of the Newsletter.

The e-mail address provided by the Subscriber for the purpose of using the Newsletter shall not be imparted to third parties without the Subscriber’s consent.

The Publisher reserves the right to change the content of the Regulations of the Newsletter without providing the Subscribers with a prior notice thereof. The up-to-date content of the Regulations shall be published on the website www.warsawhostelcentrum.pl

Complaints pertaining to the service shall be sent via e-mail to the following address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. A detailed description of the issue shall be included in the complaint. The complaints shall be responded to via e-mail to the address from which the complaint was received, within 14 days from the day of receiving the complaint.

The Publisher shall be entitled to remove an incorrect and non-existing e-mail address of the Subscriber from the Subscribers list without providing reasons.

The Publishers reserves the right to terminate the provision of the Newsletter sending service to all or particular Subscribers without providing reasons.
