What can we say about our location? Well... to be honest it's just unbeatable! Literally just across the street from the Palace of Science and Culture - Warsaw’s main landmark. The hostel is tucked away within a small, quiet courtyard surrounded by blocks of flats. Tram lines and both metro lines are available within 2- 3 minutes walk.
Warsaw University, Krakowskie Przedmieście (Royal Route) can be reached within 15 minutes walk, not bad, huh? Of course, as Warsaw is a large capital city you won't be able to walk everywhere but with all public transport links on your door step it won't be a problem.
Arriving at Warszawa Centalna
Arriving at the main Warsaw train station locate an exit leading to Emilii Plater Street.
Once on Emilii Plater you should have the Palace of Science and Culture (it's a large Ghostbusters style building with a clock tower on top - you can't miss it) on your right side and a shopping centre (with Hard Rock Cafe perched on the corner) on your left.
If you have time you can pop into the Tourist Info located in the Palace of Culture and Science. Just look for the sign.
Walk along the right side of the Emilii Plater street until you hit the crossing with Świętokrzyska Street. Cross the street and keep walking for a little bit. Locate the Emilii Plater36 building and walk through the gateway leading to the courtyard. The large, 2 storey white building in the courtyard is your new home. The entrance is on the right side.
